We went to the health club only to find out that they don’t supply towels, I am disabled, I walked back to reception they didn’t have any towels there and we didn’t know that we had to take our own towels from our room! I didn’t have the energy to walk all the way back too our room for the towels so we didn’t go to the health club in the end and we were so disappointed."

Otherwise, it was a great choice of hotel, close walking distance to everything Luton has to offer, and I would definitely stay here again."
