"Brilliant stay. The hotel and grounds are lovely. When we arrived at the room we had an issue in that the flush was broken and could not be fixed. The staff were incredibly helpful and moved us to an upgraded room. The onsite restaurant is lane and well furnished; the food is generally good. The gym is very good and well equipped; and the sauna/pool are nice. Will definitely think about returning here for another stay!"

"Overnight work stay, place was interesting as it was also a stadium! Room was very clean, bed was mega comfortable! Hotel is quite large and as all the rooms surround the playing field, if your room is on the opposite side to the lift (as was mine) then its a fair old walk! However the view of the field was a novelty! Breakfast was adequate but no more, sausages were not nice at all - was obvious that they had been out inder the lamps for hours, bacon was slightly better but also must have been out a while. Fantastic choice of food for the evening from the many restaurants just a stones throw away. "

"Perfect Luton location - two minute walk from train/bus station, two mins in all directions is numerous restaurants/cafes, mall/ships, post office, park, etc. Desk staff is very helpful. Efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean, the most important part! Good shelf space in the bathroom. However, one of the rooms had no bedside table or storage at all, but two hooks on the wall. The other room had no hooks but a small bedside table and one small storage hold built under the bed. It's all fine for the price but it seems like the cost of a single night in each room would pay for simple upgrades that would make all the difference. A shelf above the bed, hooks along the wall, bedside table. That's it! 🤗 Also, the lobby door has a key scan so only residents should enter the room area off reception, but it doesn't work. The area seems perfectly safe, do it's not the end of the world, but it should be fixed."

"Very high standard of comfort and spotlessly clean. We arrived at 02:45am and left at 07:30 am . Just a few hours sleep between flights in and out of Luton. Be aware if you do this you need to phone reception to get in which we were not aware of. We just needed somewhere to avoid sitting in airport all night."
