You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

This lovely light spacious self contained twin bedroom with a great ensuite with bath and separate shower. With its own entrance with external stairs, opposite the main house. Beautiful views across paddocks with ponies grassing! Situated in the South Down national park, and area of outstanding natural beauty, wonderful walks, bike rides straight from the door step! We are 30 mins from Goodwood, We can also offer stabling for horses, we are 5 minutes from Coombelands and 40 mins from Hickstead!
