"We had a nice stay,but because of the recent hurricanes, were unable you use the pool area for a couple of days. This is through no fault of the property. The staff offered us 2 free nights for a future stay,which was a good compromise. We appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the staff through this difficult time, and everyone worked very hard to clear the sand and debris from the pool deck. This was our second stay at the hotel, and would highly recommend it to anyone for the amenities, the helpful staff, the location and the lovely rooms. The food could be better..."

"The staff were excellent. Food was very good. We never tried the room service because the menu looked unappealing. The Alacarts were all great. We loved the beach. Water was warm , clean and clear. No rough surf like other places I've stayed on the Pacific coast. Really easy to get around. Lots of taxis or the bus stop is in front of the resort. The only negative thing was the ridiculously expensive games room. The resort should really review the pricing structure as it's not realistic. We passed as I would rather give my money to the excellent friendly staff. Overall a good experience. We stayed 10 days."
