Here you enjoy a pleasant holiday in a 230 m2 holiday villa spread over 2 floors, situated on a 540 m2 plot with a unique location in the city's exclusive neighborhood, 225 meters above sea level. Here is a completely secluded garden with tropical plants and its own heated swimming pool, sun terrace, sun loungers and barbecue corner. The villa formerly belonged to the renowned travel king and multi-millionaire Simon Spies.

Perfect location !!! Comfortable villa :-)
We spend lovely family week in December 2020.kids enjoyed heated pool we admire view and cozy house. Nice garden with barbecue corner. Very friendly owner who helped us in whatever we needed. Strongly recommended place!
