Since this was the first time using this site, I was a little hesitant about it. But this gem was such a cute little place, I really couldnt pass it up. I booked it, pre paid for it, and within min. JERRY, who is the owner, got back to me to let me know everything I needed to know about the condo, the code I needed to open the lock box to obtain the keys, the situation on the parking. The EXACT location. He even gave me his cell number and told me if I need anything while I am there to not hesitate to text him. The condo is on the second floor, it is called the "DORIAN GRAY", WHEN YOU ENTER it is just so cozy and quaint, it is a very bright space with many windows. It has a Futon, TV, and a little corner table to eat on, it has a mini kitchen also on the first floor, with everything you would need to do your cooking, if you decide to go grocery shopping, right down to spices and all. The fridge is a perfect size, not to small, not to big, there is a toaster oven, Keurig, and 2 durners for stove top cooking. There is also a make shift wood burning stove in another corner on the first floor, which is a heater, its a great thing on a chilly day. Bathroom is also on the first floor, Full bathroom with a stand up shower, GREAT SHOWER HEAD.
When you go up stairs, which are carpeted, you are amazed by the HUGE KING SIZE BED, dresser, to store your clothes, with another TV on it, there is an armoir to hang things in, there are also these little drawres that pull open to, we were assuming, store dirty clothes. the bed was absolutely wonderful, so comfortable, 4 really large pillows, and in back of the bed were 2 more windowns, there was also a sky light, that I thought would be a bothersome thing, but it was not. I CANNOT say enough about the location, it is right in back of TOWN HALL on Bradford St. Cannot say enough how happy we were to have found this place. We have stayed at many many places in provincetown, But the DORIAN GRAY is the place we will be staying at from now on. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask.
