"We had to chase up the check in process whilst we were waiting outside the property, no information beforehand. There were a number of issues which we commented on to the owner. There was no response, or any acknowledgement of receiving my message. The issues were mainly solved but the day before we left! Wonderful

"Had a brilliant stay at the Imperial. Parked up a couple of hours early, no problem leaving the car, got checked in with a lovely lady who was on Reception and just had to pick up our key following an afternoon in Blackpool. The building is full of history and the bar and entertainment room were lovely, as was the room. Just as friendly on checkout as well and will look forward to returning!"

"Had a lovely 2 night stay here and we're made welcome by the staff from the minute we arrived. The friendly and helpful service in all areas from reception to the restaurant and bar was fantastic and they should all be given praise for making our stay so good. We will definitely be back. 🙂"
