I found the check-in a little confusing, but got it figured out with Eusebio’s help on the phone. We stayed during a heat wave, and there is no air conditioning. It is noisy as the trains run constantly, probably nosier because we had the balcony door open because of the heat. I have neither received any email on how to get into the property as well. we have reached the property (with a kid) and then we couldn't get hold of any at all. Seems that the host is not aware that the property is listed on the sites or approved. He has not received any communication etc. Imagine trying to get into a property which is located in a...

"Very well laid out property with plenty of room for the whole family as well as a spacious walk in wardrobe, study/work area, a lovely ensuite room as well as a family bathroom and extremely comfortable beds. The complimentary contents in the fridge and on the kitchen top also went down well. Highly recommended."

"Property was fantastic location to easily access Southampton and was better equipped than expected.. Really nice touches of the teas /coffee in each room etc, with lovely decor, clean tidy wand welcoming. Only think that would have made it even better is a little milk given their is a full kitchen. We did bring milk along but arriving later and not knowing thr area wasn't sure where to get some additional from. Would definitely look up this property to stay In Southampton again"
