Location perfect for walking into city centre & train station.
Very clean, food good, beds super comfy. Kettle, tea, coffee & towels all available to use in our room. Staff very friendly & attentive.
Parking at rear was FOC - nice perk!
Very quiet at night - our room was at rear.
After returning from our gig on a cold wet April night, it was so so nice to open the front door and the central heating had been put on. 😊"

"We had a great stay. Everything was excellent- staff were very kind, the place was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very generous with plenty of options to choose from. "We so enjoyed our stay at the elegant Hotel du Vin. It surpassed our expectations. The staff at reception were welcoming and friendly, in fact all the staff we spoke to were very helpful. We had a beautiful room with a high ceiling and tall windows, looking onto the garden. It was spotlessly clean. We were happy we had booked parking as it was so nice to arrive at the hotel and find a space at the front of the hotel with our name on it! I loved swimming in the outdoor heated pool - such a treat...
