"it is amazing that the cleaning of the room was not done until every four days. We stayed for five night and it meant that it got clean until our last days. We have to call to have the towels changed."

"Overall, it is an excellent hotel. The room is big. The beds are in queen size which allow two adults to sleep. It is located just above the MTR station and a big mall. It is so convenient to go anywhere. The only complaint is the bathtub. The design make it a little bit dangerous to get in. "

"Booked a club lounge access room which overlooked the pool and ofcourse amazing views of Hong Kong. Service in the club lounge was amazing and choice of foods and drinks just perfect. The size of room we had and style on 19th floor was spacious, quiet and the layout very thoughtful. The team in the club lounge did an excellent job and very attentive to keep our glasses topped up.
