Great hotel in great location easy access to mtr. Great amenities such as WiFi egg and also down to small details such as scissors and tape in the drawers. If this hotel offers free breakfast that would be even better. Staff is quite polite especially the lady that does room cleaning for 1259 on the 12th floor. I would stay here again on my next trip.

The location of the Hotel is in Tsim Sha Tsui, which is the shopping hub of Hong Kong, and the transportation is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food, and the staff are very helpful. Since I am a VIP member, they kindly upgraded me to a suite, which was a nice touch. The only downside is that the room has wooden flooring instead of carpet, making it feel a bit dated.
