Not advisable for elderly, unfit or heavy suitcase folks - find another hotel! Other than that, the location and what's around couldn't be more convenient. The free coffee with fruits brekkie and their outdoor deck makes for a wonderful start to the day. Excellent Thai resto close by, amonst others. Short walk to the harbour or a hike.
