No early check-in even if the room was ready because the rule is check-in is 3pm. We were very jetlagged not sleeping for over 32 hours. Got to sleep at 8pm but woken at 9pm by numerous people talking very loud outside our room. Just before Reception closed at midnight we asked them how best to deal with it if it continued after they closed. They reminded the group to be quiet. The rule was noise was expected to stop from midnight but it continued until 12.30 then someone decided they'd come out and call their family in Europe for the next hour. We asked them to please go away from our room which they did. Then at 3am another 2 people thought outside our room was a good place to talk. Again we asked them to go way from our room. Any accommodation you pay for you expect at least to get a restful sleep.
