The only downside for me was the lack of a convenience style store to allow for the purchase of small food items as I found the restaurant's to be overly reliant on set menu's that were too large. Staff was excellent and most spoke English so communication was not an issue. Room was spacious and grounds were beautiful. The shuttles to/from the park and other hotels were convenient and very prompt.it would be nice if they also had a shuttle to and from the airport, but there are taxis and Uber that arrive within a few minutes. Staff response was ok we changed rooms with no issue and they swept the room but they found no evidence of insects but the bites stopped after we changed room. With a free shuttle service to Disneyland it made it so easy getting there especially with 2 young kids. Hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming and provided wonderful service. Tried both the Enchanted Garden and Walt's Place and both were excellent. Our son loved the Kids Play Area too and spent a good few hours there. The outside of the hotel is beautiful as well.
