The breakfast was very limited and is open air during a cold spell. Everything inside the room worked properly such as hot water and air conditioning. There were issues with the elevators several times during my stay. The elevators are very small and accommodatie only a few people at a time and there was one out of service several times during the stay. Very close to the MTR and buses. Delicious complementary coffee too was a nice touch. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, they only have 3 lifts, and throughout our stay 1 was out of service, so we had to wait a long time for a lift as it kept skipping our floor. Housekeeping was really good.
