"This is a nice place to stay in the center of Colonia St. Pere. Only 50m from the local beach with a great view from the roof top terrasse and access to many restaurants along the water front. However, it is 3rd floor without lift, so be prepared to climb stairs and has no aircondition. It´s ok when nights get a bit cooler to chill the appartement. We loved it very much. "

Die Vermietering reagiert innerhalb von wenigen Minuten auf Whats App. Die Abwicklung war wirklich herrvoragend. Das Appartment ist von innen sehr schön, Da wir über Weihnachten waren war der Fußboden sehr kalt. "This property was a gem. As of June ‘26 this is a newly remodeled property. Suites as huge and have plenty of space for a family of 4 or 5. Everything from the room entertainment to the bathroom was spotless. The lobby and restaurants are amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The pool, beach, and outdoor restaurant were also in great condition and had great options. This felt way nicer than equivalent properties in places like Cabo, Maui, or the Caribbean. The location of the property was great, it’s not in the middle of a city which gives you a bit more space at the beach but you are still a 15 min drive from Alcudia which is a great little town for dinner."
