The 85 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, cable TV, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The highlight of the apartment is certainly the wonderful private outdoor area, where you can start the day with breakfast on the open and covered terrace with seating furniture and nice views of the surrounding mountains and onto the sea, and there is also a balcony with direct views of the sea. In the evenings you can enjoy tasty dinners from the barbecue and a glass of wine while you listen to the waves. From the apartment, you can reach supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants within 2-5 minutes on foot (150-450 m), while a pharmacy is 600 m or a 7-minute walk away, in the centre of the town. The sandy beach, with many cafés and restaurants lined up along it, is only 100 m from your doorstep. There you can swim in the bay and explore the promenade and the marina. The centre of Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 45-minute drive (60 km), and the city’s airport is a 50-minute drive (68 km) away. Street parking is available.
