"The deck is amazing and large. The view is outstanding. Condo was large enough for our party of six and the living room area is spacious enough for everyone to hang out. There was a closet full of stuff like a cooler whoch we used, snorkel gear, and misc other things. Master bed is large with a huge double sink bathroom and large shower. The room with the twin beds also had its own bath and shower"

"We loved the unit. It's comfortable and quiet Loved hearing the ocean especially at night. The parking was great and laundry facilities were easy to use. On the down side the unit could have been just a bit cleaner. However, the AC in the bedroom is useless. The bedroom was just too Hot! My husband and I slept in the living room on the sofa bed the entire 8 nights we were there. Leaving the lanai door open all night so we could sleep. "This is a great cozy property right on the Napili beach. You can literally throw a rock in the ocean from the balcony. Ocean is so close that you will not miss a swimming pool. "Instructions on how to use the tv would have been helpful. Also the switch in the kitchen needs to be replaced, the remote for the kitchen fan/light was not around and the florescent light over the sink is inadequate. Otherwise, the kitchen was full equipped and was a joy to use, the balcony was very pleasant as a breakfast nook, the location was convenient, the washer dryer was a godsend."

"Condo is exactly as described in the advertisement. Millionaires view across the ocean. We saw Turtles and Whales breaching from our balcony. There is a small beautiful beach 2 minutes walk from the condo and we saw at least 20 sea turtles in the water. Back bedroom is a little noisy with traffic but my sister and I slept on the pull down sofa bed with the balcony doors open. "The Royal Kahana is great. Our room was great! We were surprised by the lack of Aloha. The no exception on the check in check out time during a low occupancy period for example. Also the front desk made it apparent that we had booked through VRBO so any requests we made for toilet paper etc. would not be accommodated."
