My second time here. I love the room, the property and the staff here. The studio room we stayed in had a beautiful view and spacious lanai. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a meal. The bed is comfortable. At check-in the staff was especially nice. Like everyone, I was looking for the best view possible. The manager offered me to check out a couple of rooms so I could choose my favorite. The receptionist was extremely helpful and very nice. (I am sorry I don't have her name.) It was as if I was the first to ask about the best room, when I am sure it happens all day, every day. :) We will return on our next Maui adventure.

First time in Hawaii, and we could not have been more impressed with our choice to stay at Napili Kai. The staff was outstanding and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was perfect, we had a garden view overlooking the putting green, and we were lucky enough to also have a beautiful view of the ocean. The resort itself has such a relaxed and authentic Maui feel, which we really appreciated compared to some of the larger, busier resorts nearby. If you’re on the fence about booking here or staying at one of the big resorts, Napili Kai is the only correct answer!

Room was clean, spacious, view spectacular! Parking was miserable, over 20 suites in our block and 9 parking spaces. Forewarning, Puna Pointe our block of suites, requires lots of stairs, lots of walking to amenities, it’s very dark at night and on uneven ground. The beaches in Maui are public, this resorts beach was very very steep and deep sand. The main pool was just ok, uncomfortable lounges, unheated in February and nothing great. Puna Pointe had a very small pool to be used by the 20+ suites, again unheated and not enough lounge chairs. The restaurant was delicious, if you choose not to stay here, definitely enjoy the restaurant. I would consider another resort on my next visit, primarily because there are lots more on the island to enjoy.
