Marina Holiday Home - Panoramic house on the beach, Calabria, South-Italy

The house is very bright, the entire glass façade overlooks the sea, the large skylights allow you to enjoy the blue of the sky. The house is newly built, furnished in a modern and functional way. A double bedroom and one with two single beds. Fully air conditioned and has central heating for the winter months. The master bathroom has a large shower and the second bathroom the laundry area. WIFI, washing machine, satellite TV, full linen and towels. The area is popular only in peak season, during the other months is very quiet and peaceful. The beach is a few meters, the particular shape of the cliffs form small natural pools ideal for children to play with confidence even younger children. The old town of Pizzo is about one kilometer, 300 meters to Marina di Pizzo, tourist heart of the city offers all the 'year, a chance to taste the ice cream of Pizzo in the various pubs and bars. It also boasts excellent restaurants and a small shop where you can do some 'food spending.

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich von Maria und ihren Mann begrüßt. Sie zeigten uns das Apartment und wir bekamen eine Flasche Rotwein als Willkommensgeschenk. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet sowie auch Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser u.s.w. Alle Zimmer sind mit Klima und selbst die Dachfenster sind mit elektrischen Rollos ausgestattet. Hand uns Strandtücher sind in überfluß vorhanden. Selbst zwei Strandliegen und ein Sonnenschirm gehören zur Ausstattung. Sollte man jedoch ein Haar in der Suppe suchen wäre das der fehlende private Parkplatz. Es war jedoch kein Problem das Auto auf der Straße direkt vor dem Haus zu parken. Der absolute Hammer ist der Balkon!!! Traum Aussicht und abendliche Sonnenuntergänge zum schwärmen. Ein kleiner Strand ist gleich ums Haus herum und sehr gemütlich. Der etwas größere Strand ist ca. 100 m entfernt, war aber zu unserer Zeit ungepflegt. In die Altstadt von Pizzo ( die sehr schön ist ) ist man nach wenigen Gehminuten. Dort gibt es viele Lokale und kleine Straßen mit netten Geschäften. Zum einkaufen benötigt man allerdings ein Auto, da die Supermärkte ( Coop und Conad ) ein paar Kilometer entfernt sind. Auf jeden Fall würden wir wieder unseren Urlaub dort wieder verbringen wollen.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit grandiosem Merblick
Liebe Maria, wir danken Ihnen für die erholsame Urlaubszeit die wir in Ihrer schönen Ferienwohnung verbringen durften. Sie sind eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Man spürt dass Sie sich um ihre Gäste kümmern und um deren Wohl bedacht sind. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, Adresse war mit Navi problemlos zu finden, nach Ankunft ein kurzer Anruf bei der Vermieterin und Sie stand binnen 5 Minuten vor uns. PERFEKT Die wohnung bietet einen grandiosen Blick von der Terrasse direkt aufs Meer. Hier zu frühstücken oder bei einem Glas Wein einfach nur zu relaxen ist Urlaub pur. Die Wohnung war bei Anreise porentief sauber und mit Möbeln, Geschirr, Gläsern, Gewürzen, Essig, Öl, Kaffee etc. sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie bietet alles was man braucht. Ein behagliches Ambiente, bequeme Betten, ein großzügiges Bad und Waschmaschine, CD, DVD und TV funktionieren tadellos. Allerdings gibt es leider keinen einzigen deutschen TV-Sender. Da ich gerne Fernsehe gibt bes hier ein Pünktchen Abzug. An der Straße davor, zu der auch Hauptschlafzimmer und Bad liegen, kann man gut parken. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man fuß läufig einige Restaurants (in einem gibt es leckere hausgemachte Pasta) und Bars. Größere Supermärkte erreicht man in 5 Autominuten. Einziges Manko ist die fehlende Spülmaschine. Aber zu zweit geht der Abwasch auch so schnell von der Hand. Liebe Maria, wir wünsche Ihnen weiterhin alles Gute und viel Erfolg mit der Vermietung Ihrer schönen Ferienwohnung.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen
Wir können die anderen Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Eine tolle und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Und dann dieser Ausblick!! Frühstück über dem Meer und Sonnenuntergänge zum Träumen, Pizzo ist kleiner und gemütlicher als Tropea. Aber besuchen sollte man Tropea auf jeden Fall, genauso wie Capo Vatikano und wir können auch eine Bootstour nach Stromboli nur empfehlen! Viele andere tolle Strände gibt es zu entdecken. Manchmal reichten uns aber auch die kleinen Strände vor der Haustür. Unserer Meinung nach ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, um die Gegend zu erkunden. #gemütlicherurlaub #traumhaftesonnenuntergänge #kleinebuchtenmitglasklaremwasservordertür #guterestaurantsundcafésinfußläufigerumgebung

Tolle Ferienwohnung/ alles da, was man braucht!
Wie waren für zehn Tage in der Wohnung, es war wirklich toll! Der Balkon mit dem Blick auf das Meer, ist wunderschön. Pizzo ist ein kleiner Ort den man sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden kann. Man ist etwas abseits, aber um zu entspannen und erholen ist es wirklich toll! Und hat es sehr gut gefallen!!

Grossartige Wohnung mit überwältigendem Ausblick
Grossartiger kann eine Wohnung im Urlaub nicht sein!!! Die Wohnung ist noch viel schöner und grösser, als sie im Internet beschrieben ist. In der Wohnung findet man alles vor, was im alltäglichen Leben benötigt wird. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet ( vielen Dank liebe Maria) und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum und das Rauschen der Wellen absolut überwältigend. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist nicht zu übertreffen! Arrivederci Birgit, Nils und Andrea

bellissimo e molto comodo, super schön modern und bequem
Cara Maria e il tuo marito, abbiamo fatto due bellissime settimane sul mare. Qualce volta abbiamo visto Stromboli di sera in un bell tramonto. Il appartimento molto comodo. Passiamo tranquillo tempo e ci siamo ripresi tanto. Il letto era un po duro, ma ognuno si sente diverso. É un peccato, se ogni la gente piace il appartimento, molto dificile trovare una libero tempo. ( Naturalmente solo divertimento ! ) Ci vediamo, Tomasso con famiglia. Eine super schöne, gut eingerichtete Wohnung in Traumlage, aber das wurde ja alles schon beschrieben. Wir waren vermutlich die nächsten Urlaubsmieter nach "Olivia" und die Klimaanlage wurde schnellstmöglich repariert, funktioniert jetzt wieder super. Ein Ausflug zum Capo Vatikano ist sehr zu empfehlen und natürlich Badesachen mitnehmen oder noch besser ein kleines Boot mieten und das Cap umrunden, ein Traum, schöner geht es nicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Traumwohnung im italienischen Paradies
Die Wohnung ist von der Lage, der Ausstattung und von der Betreuung durch Maria und ihren Mann einfach fantastisch!!! Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand an dem man in dem kristallklaren Wasser schwimmen, plantschen oder schnorcheln kann! Von der Wohnung aus ist man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten in der Unterstadt von Pizzo - dort können wir das "Ristorante La Ruota" sehr empfehlen! Die Besitzerin und alle Kellner sind wahnsinnig freundlich und das Essen Top!!! Außerdem ist man auch schnell in der Oberstadt - diese ist über einige Treppen zu erreichen! Dort steht man dann fast direkt vor der Gelateria Ercole wo es unserer Meinung nach das beste Tartufo gab! Der Ausblick von dort oben ist traumhaft schön und man kann bis zum Stromboli sehen. Maria und ihr Mann waren immer sofort zur Stelle wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gab - wirklich Top!!! Einziges Manko - die Klimaanlage hat den Geist aufgegeben und dann nur noch als Ventilator funktioniert! Das tat unserem Urlaubsglück aber keinen Abbruch :-) Es war ein absoluter Traumurlaub und wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!!

Fantastico
Abbiamo passato 14 giorni meravigliosi nell'appartamento di Maria. E stato bellissimo gustarsi il mare dalla terrazza, sia quando era calmo ma anche quando era mosso. E poi i tramonti del sole - ogni sera uno spettacolo differente! E la piccola spiaggeta vicina era perfetta per i nostri due piccoli, che hanno fatto subito amicizia con altri bambini. La Marina di Pizzo si raggiunge a piedi in meno di dieci minuti dove si trovano buoni ristoranti e bar. La piazza con vista spettacolare della costiera a piedi é raggiungibile in meno di 15 minuti. L'appartamento é di primissimo livello, i letti sono molto comodi é non ci ha mancato assolutamente niente. Possiamo raccomandare l'appartamento di Maria al cento per cento e speriamo ritornarci presto. Claudio e famiglia dalla Svizzera
