The villa was the perfect setting, beautifully designed to accommodate everyone comfortably while still allowing each group their own sense of privacy.The scenery was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that made the entire stay feel magical. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere from the moment we arrived.Our rehearsal dinner was a highlight, we enjoyed amazing pizza along with beer and wine, all prepared by a talented chef. There was a wide variety of toppings, and every guest found something they loved.Marie was instrumental in bringing everything together. She helped coordinate every detail, from flowers and catering to hair services and connecting us with a fantastic photographer. Her organization and support made the entire process seamless.This villa and everyone involved truly made our dream wedding come to life. "Try not to have a room on the front of the hotel its very noisy at night ,if you are using the spa bring a robe and flip flops and if you go in late morning beware it shuts at 12.30 ,staff very helpfull and a excellant breakfast"

"The hotel itself was completely renovated App. 5 years ago. From the character it is a typical Grand Hotel not new, but well maintained. The rooms are modern and spacious, the beds very well. The bathrooms are modern in in our room war even a double shower! Cleaning was good. There is also an integrated Spa area with a nice Finnish sauna, a dreambath and indoor pool with jacuzzi jets with thermal water. The outdoorpool is partly under a roof and mainly in the shadow, so it was too cold when we were there in April. The steamboats had unfortunately a bad smell, but in general the spa tea is nice and relaxing. What we were impressed is the spirit of this hotel, the nice pretty decorations, fresh flowers on the tables, the soul with which all this designs and decorations were done. And there is an excellent buffet breakfast every morning with fresh fruits, vegetables, various cold cuts, warm dishes covering every taste, homemade cakes and everything so delicious! Parking is across the street on a big public parking free of charge. The location is perfect if you want to go with the funicular to the upper town on the mountain or visit the thermal water springs in the historic Terme. Also the hotel is close to the big historical park, ideal for joggers and runners. We enjoyed the stay very much and would recommend it. For sensitive ears it is advisable to use ear plugs in the nights, since some rooms are directly viewing the street."

"The property was well maintained and full of all the necessities needed. The breakfast was served perfectly with delicious food. Self check in was easy and fast, it was a quiet, relaxing place. There is a swimming pool next to the hotel as well but didn’t get the chance to visit. Everything else was perfect and as expected."
