"So basically the only good thing about this hotel is the location near beach. The state of the property is horrible. The phone did not work, the window aluminium shade didnt work. "The decor (room #1) was very romantic with a lovely balcony. The only negative was our bathtub could not be filled with more than about 3 inches of water before it drained out so the jets could not work. We loved our delicious breakfast and conversing with our charming, friendly hostess Patrizia. We had a wonderful stay in Lucca. This property was a great value!"
