Hotel limpo e aconchegante, ótimo café da manhã e ótimo atendimento, a localização é ótima mas o estacionamento poderia ter um cuidado maior com relação a neve, muito black ice na descida do estacionamento.

Buono per i servizi offerti

Buon hotel vicino le piste, raggiungibili a piedi. All'arrivo abbiamo avuto problemi ad accedere al parcheggio colmo di neve e un altro cliente ha dovuto chiamare a sue spese lo spalaneve per andare via (avrebbe dovuto farlo l'hotel). La camera era al piano terra con una porta a vetri con affaccio sulla strada principale (non ci sembrava sicura con un bambino e per questioni di rumore). Abbiamo chiesto un cambio al piano superiore, questa era più ampia, bagno con vasca, letto matrimoniale e altro letto a castello. Il rumore c'è ugualmente nelle ore di maggior passaggio, ma le finestre attutivano abbastanza. Sicuramente l'affaccio interno sul bosco è da preferire. Colazione a buffet e servita con ampia scelta dolce e salata. Abbiamo anche cenato per più sere e la cucina era buona, ma non molto varia nella scelta. Servizio gentile e attento. Abbiamo provato anche la Spa ad uso privato per due volte, la grande vasca idromassaggio è stata molto apprezzata anche dal bimbo. Il responsabile della Spa è accogliente e discreto, alla fine del percorso prepara tisane accompagnate da frutta secca e biscottini. Nel salone c'è un bar, pianoforte, biliardo e divani. C'è anche un'area giochi fornita di tanti giochi per bambini (il nostro giocava volentieri anche da solo). Forse in periodi di feste c'è animazione, ma a fine Febbraio non c'era. In altre strutture di montagna l'avevamo trovata anche in questo periodo quindi su questo si potrebbe migliorare. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene.

Personale simpatico, accogliente e competente, un punto di forza dell'albergo assieme alla struttura ed i servizi veramente eccellenti specie ascensore, colazione e ristorante, per non parlare degli altri spazi comuni come biblioteca ed angolo per bambini. Le camere sono ampie e dotate dei servizi. Difetti sono i costi un po' alti per qualsiasi cosa, il parcheggio, ad esempio, dovrebbe essere gratuito per i clienti non essendoci altra possibilità nelle vicinanze. I responsabili dell'albergo dovrebbero pensare anche alla possibilità di arrivare all'ingresso della struttura con una tettoia oppure con un posto auto temporaneo per poter far scendere gli ospiti senza attraversare un piazzale abbastanza grande: in caso di pioggia si arriva nella hall bagnatissimi

Hotel 4 stelle che è paragonabile ad un 3 stelle come camere e servizi. Sembrava appena aperto, manca di indicazioni per capire come muoversi.. Dall' ascensore senza indicazioni su i piani etc. Camere piccole per il prezzo e poco attrezzate. Wifi inesistente nelle camere,solo nella zob comune davanti la reception.. Receptionist gentili e Raffaele della Spa molto accogliente.. Ma la SPA non vale 25 euro per una micro sauna e una doccia "emozionale" ghiacciata e una vasca idromassaggio con acqua sporca.. Non vale le 4 stelle che mostra.. Se ci andasse Barbieri.. Lo farebbe diventare un 3 stelle...

Nice walk into ski village

Trip was great, loved the hotel and breakfast was typical Italian breakfast. Bed was uncomfortable, but that is per usual in Italy for some reason.

La posizione dell’hotel é strategica. Per quanto riguarda l’hotel, la pulizia e la ristorazione non sono da 4 stelle. In più, per essere un 4 stelle manca di alcuni servizi di intrattenimento sia per l’area bambini sia per adulti.

Ok hotel but rooms not as nice as photos

As the title implies, im sure there are some more characterfull rooms but mine was not. Clean but very basic. No tea or coffee facilities and mini bar was completely empty. No fires lit even though lots of snow. Dinner was fairly good though and location is great. I just think they could do so much more with the nicest looking authentic old world looking hotel in Abetone

Hotel ottima posizione

Sono entrato in questo hotel per la prima volta e mi sono sentito coccolato. il personale è molto disponibile ed è gentile con i clienti avevo fatto la prenotazione con colazione, ma talmente bene che stavo ho fatto pranzo e cena si mangia veramente molto bene .consiglio per chi vuole andare all'Abetone di soggiornare all'hotel Le Piramidi.

Purtroppo inizierò così: appena arrivati una buona impressione,arrivata alle 19 acqua calda non funzionava più, termosifoni pure...siamo andati a mangiare nel ristorante del albergo,pensando che ci avremmo gustato una cena tranquilla, mah...anche qui una serie di problemi, menù senza prezzi,menù imposti a 25 € senza bevande,poi il mangiare molto deludente.la mattina,la colazione in camera triste,non bastava x una persona.le 4 stelle che ha l'albergo,sono una fantasia,ritorniamo con i piedi x terra,basterebbero 3,nemmeno
