Staff very accommodating specially Jess, Patrick, Adam, Nina, housekeeping, Huong and Van from the spa the best all around spa massage and treatments. The buffet, good quality and several choices. Even though is few minutes away from the crowd and market places, I’ll definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend it. Everything I expected in a beautiful, clean, friendly/hospitable environment, very knowledgeable and their professionalism is definitely commended. Loved it, 5+ stars"

"I had a fantastic stay at Moonlight Tay Ho. It’s a cute, cozy apartment that’s tucked away in a quiet area right across from West Lake, making it a perfect escape from the city noise. One of the best-kept secrets here is the rooftop terrace—it’s a total hidden gem with an amazing view of the Hanoi skyline. The apartment is very well-equipped; having a private laundry machine was a huge plus for my trip, and the kitchen features a real, full-sized refrigerator that actually keeps your drinks ice-cold. Highly recommended for a comfortable, self-contained stay!"
