It was very nice accommodation for us! Although there’s no front desk, you can talk to a cafe staff or a man roaming around the entrance:) They cannot speak well in English but help you warmly. The room was clean enough and very quiet. Equipments were also excellent considering the reasonable price; you can watch YouTube, use Dyson dryer, etc. There was even a large common place outside on the floor we stayed (8F). You can view ho tay from there. Overall, I’d love to stay here again. Highly recommended;)

Location is perfect. Close to many restaurants around. Walking distance to bus stops. The grab app for taxis and bikes is fast and always available in this area. Quiet property and great soundproof. View of the lake es excellent. My room/apartment was pristine. Plenty of sun light. Great amount of floor to ceiling windows. Everything worked well (AC, lights, WiFi, bathroom). Price wise was a little higher than normal similar hotels in the city but, at least to me, it was worth it. I would stay here again if I happen to return to Ha Noi.
