"The hotel is dated, but overall ok. The reception staff are nice and helpful. The restaurant staff really nice too. The location is brilliant and in general I would stay again. The only big downside is the breakfast though - it just really, really wasn’t nice!"

"Superb location on the seafront. Clean and comfortable with very pleasant helpful staff throughout. Breakfast was delicious, always plentiful and beautifully presented. My room was so comfortable with excellent touches you would expect of this standard of hotel, for example free large bottles of water in the room fridge, replenished as required and proper small bottles of milk in there too. Toiletries were of a superior standard. Being a solo traveller, it was so welcome that the staff always spoke to you and made sure you had everything needed. Stayed in many hotels all over the world but this was one of the best."
