The house is very quiet and peaceful and the beds super comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 5 plus grandparents, and the space upstairs with games came in handy too. We went into Eastbourne a couple of times, visited the castle and had fish and chips from roses down the road which we recommend. And if you want an amazing curry, it's worth going to the Chilli Tree in Bexhill about 15 minutes away, best curry we've had in a while! Bus is 30 mins walk but has pubs and food also within that walk distance. Property has all you need although some areas need a replacement review.
