Everything perfect.... location, hosts and room. Bonus of a kitchen is really handy. Bear in mind no lift but we were in room 2 so only up one flight. We will return 😍

Feel at home by the beach.

WOW! What a stunning hotel! It felt like we were in our own apartment home right by the sea. We stayed for four nights in this luxurious hotel. It was a blessing having a kitchen, allowing us to make our own meals and therefore preventing us from spending a fortune on meals at restaurants. Unfortunately, there wasn't a microwave, just a hob, but we didn't need it so didn't bother asking for one. We wanted a bathroom with a bath and that is what we got, but it was disappointing that the shower didn't work properly, it came out more of a leak rather than a spray, but again, we prefer having baths so we didn't mind at all. This hotel was definitely the best hotel we've stayed in, and comfort isn't a strong enough word of how we felt about this place. This was home to us for four nights, and we so did not want to leave. We'll be back, for sure.

The Guesthouse East, A Perfect Place To Stay

The guesthouse east was a great place to stay. The owners, Tony & Lisa, were very welcoming and the facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, very near the seafront and perfect for our weekend break. We will definitely return before the end of the year!

ビーチがすぐそばなのとレストラン密集エリアまで徒歩3分。絶好のロケーション。駐車場は路上駐車だが繁忙期は空きスペースないかも。自分もスペースがなく徒歩3分のNCPに駐車した。駐車料金は24時間£6くらい。

The location is excellent - the beach is at the end of the street, and restaurants and shops are only a short walk away. Hosts Tony and Lisa gave us a warm welcome on arrival, and gave us a parking permit to use. Our room on the first floor was private, spacious and immaculately kept, with its own kitchenette and a modern bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.Tony recommended great restaurants nearby. This is great value accommodation, we would have loved to stay longer if we had more time. A top choice if staying at Eastbourne.

Très bon accueil par le propriétaire, très souriant et à l'ecoute. Nous avons eu un problème de chasse d eau, et il a tout de suite été réactif pour réparer. Un très bon sens du service. Nous étions 5 et ils ont réussi à nous loger dans la même chambre avec nos 3 enfants. Nikel !! Location très bien placée près du centre ville et de la mer... Parfait !!

Great people. Great guesthouse. Great stay. There was a mistake at booking through hotels.com (he said it was Expedia...not sure why) and we booked one room for 5 people. Unfortunately, his room only accommodates 4 people so he made an extra room available to us at no cost. We felt bad so we only used the bed to sleep that night and didn't use the bathroom or kitchen so we could at least keep it as clean as possible for him.

B&B oder Selfcatering geeignet

Das Guesthouse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Egal ob man selfcatering oder ein B&B will, hier ist beides möglich. Unsere Zimmer hatten beide eine gutausgestattete Küche. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Alles ist neu renoviert und gepflegt und es hat den Charme den man von einem englischen hochklassigen B&B erwartet. Freundlicherweise stellen die Besitzer auch noch ihre umfangreiche DVD Sammlung zur Verfügung. Die Besitzer sind freundlich und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Guesthouse ist in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, ca. 100 Meter bis zu Meer. Parken ist auf der Straße vor dem Guesthouse möglich. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

非常差的洒店，本身酒店的設施非常殘舊，我們被安排在最高層，小房间而且洗手間的淋浴房第一個人沖涼時，已經嚴重睹塞，而且當時也不能修好，只能借用其他房間的洗手间，在房間走起路來，地下的地板吱吱作響，每次走起路來都小心翼翼，說話也要小聲，盡管這樣小心，酒店還說你太大聲，將客人趕出去不允許再住宿，2015年我們住過這間酒店，也沒有任何事发生，酒店是更換了老閭才做出如此沒有職業道德的行為

Perfectly formed family hol' served with a smile!

A last minute weekend trip with our three children aged 8-12. We were made to feel welcome, the children were encouraged to feel at home and the accommodation was not only well thought through it was immaculate. Lisa and Tony made our stay very relaxing.

Amazing Find!

What a delightful weekend! Lisa and Tony we're accommodating and helpful even prior to our arrival. Our room was beautiful decorated and all beds were extremely comfortable. The whole experience was fantastic. Their welcoming, attention to detail friendliness and overall service is second to none. I would definitely recommend and I will be returning in the new year. Thank you Lisa and Tony for such a lovely weekend.

Lovely family run B&B is a great location. Very friendly and child friendly. Very nice room with kitchenette and bathroom. Had an excellent info folder in the room. Is the nicest B&B I have stayed at. Good breakfast option too.

B+B was very nice,the owner's are Lovely people.but the TV was to small,for the size of the room.For a 4 star b+b, The breakfast should have been free.

our hosts gave us excellent communication in advance and at our arrival. Very helpful. The combination of room with kitchen allowed us to stretch out after several days of staying in small hotel rooms. Great location right by the sea and walking distance to major shops.
