Stayed one night only ideal short bus ride to the music venue, could not fault the place. Bus stops right outside the hotel, a no brainier if you want to visit Brighton too!

The hotel is great. Very clean and has an elevated contemporary feel for the price. Check in was phenomenal with a special shout out to Sam, who was fantastic. We ate in the restaurant and although the food was excellent and the staff really lovely, it was clear that they were very short staffed, as it took ages to order, I waited 30 minutes for my drink, and the food took a very long time to arrive. Great hotel, lovely rooms and lounge areas. Food in the restaurant was excellent: good choice at a reasonable price. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Spent a fantastic couple of nights at A Room with a View for Valentine's weekend and we were both over the moon with our choice! From the moment you walk in it felt welcoming and cosy, yet had all the mod-cons and more. My husband loved the cooked breakfast (and the coffee machine!) and I felt very spoilt, being gluten free, with all sorts of specialist items for me to enjoy. Stayed for one night to use as a base to go to football at Brighton. Ten minute walk to the railway station and then a short journey to Falmer which is right next to the stadium

Loved our stay at Colson House. We haven't been back in 12 years, and it's still as lovely as ever. John was very friendly and welcoming. Great location, the hotel is beautifully decorated.

A great hotel, let down by the food. The eoom was lovely. A fantastic bathtoom with a shower to die for. The staff were all lovely. The only let down was the food . My starter scallops were not fully cooked and the aauce gritty., and the ateak jyst meio

One of the nicest hotels i've stayed in.Beautiful rooms absolutely spotless and the comfiest bed ever. Brilliant location 2 minutes walk from the pier. Staff were so friendly and helpful we'll definitely be back.
