"Great location, right in the heart of Brighton. Very modern studio with kitchen facilities and very friendly staff. The only slight negative is the fact the hotel does not have its own car park and parking costs £40 for slightly over 24 hours."

Hidden fees. Long complicated check in process
"Very complicated check in progress. Took me two hours to check in while I was standing outside the building in the heat. The management asked me to pay additional costs and additional security checks. If I was told early then i would be more prepared or even avoided"

Seaford has to be the most underrated town of the south coast. Been to all the towns around it and seaford is the most cosy and friendly with even better beach and views than Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings.

Used Seaford as a base to travel into Eastbourne by bus. Parking is expensive in Eastbourne. Parked my car all week outside hotel in Seaford free of charge.
