Well what a little gem of a place! A colleague suggested we book it for a recent trip and I was not disappointed. The staff are amazing, you are welcomed and treated like a person not just another guest. I have a nut allergy and the resturant staff need no reminding once I had asked once. The rooms are wonderful and the little piece of treasure is a great surprise. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel and balcony a delight. Reservations about lack of fridge in room, a small maintenance issue e.g. light bulbs dead in room, the toilet paper holder came away from the wall, internet connection temperamental. Reception and breakfast staff friendly and efficient. Room cleaning first-rate.
