The Regency Towers Resort Condominium is located at 5801 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, Fl 32408\. It is a gated property with 24-hour security, 2 large-sized swimming pools, a children's pool, a gorgeous Jacuzzi/hot tub room, beach side boardwalk and sun deck, an area to play basketball, beach volleyball, and exercise facilities. This Resort has the LOCATION everyone wants as it has 540 feet of private beach and emerald green waters, so you can walk barefoot to the beach for a swim or stroll over to other restaurants located directly on the beach. Parking is free, and free RV and boat parking (with a boat ramp 4 blocks north) is also available. A new bait, beer and ice store and Dollar store across the street. Karaoke and nightly entertainment is provided in the summer. Regardless of age, there are lots of activities available directly in front of the condominium, such as beach volleyball, parasailing, jet skiing, or banana boat rides. Within a mile you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the bungee. Other activities in the area include fishing, greyhound dog races, amusement parks, and great shopping. We have found things to be reasonably priced too. $25 Resort Fee is collected by Resort upon arrival. Biking is easy, and the beautiful St. Andrews State Park is less than 3 miles away. Schooners beach club, Newby's Too, and great restaurants are in walking distance, shopping and entertainment close by. Panama City Beach was ranked #1 as a Spring Break destination and #3 as a Golfing Community. It's beautiful sugar-white sandy beaches ranks it in the top 10 vacation destinations every year. If you're a golfer, there is a wide variety of golf courses. We have been vacationing at Panama City Beach for over 30 years and we love it. We hope you will join us! We loved the location, the pools, the hot tub, the beach, and Bikini Bobs. This room was a short walk to parking, the beach, the pools, and Bikini Bobs. The prices are very decent at Bikini Bobs. I took a "getaway" trip all by myself and stayed in this condo for 5 days. It was wonderful! The unit is on the end, so you only have neighbors on one side. It took days for the owner to respond. Then it was snippy. I was not going to leave a review. But I am not going to cover for her. I feel like people have since there are sporadic reviews. This place is worn out. The floors are new that’s a plus . The 2nd floor by stairs is excellent location. The pull out sofa was disgusting. Stained sheets. Same for sheets for air mattress that deflates during the night. Also be warned when you arrive the refrigerator will be warm. It will cool in 24 hours so don’t put perishables in till then. Several things aren’t like the photos. No table on porch.II tried to tell them about all these things. When they replied to me. They said I could have patched the air mattress. Wanted me to call maintenance about tv. I don’t go on vacation to wait on maintenance or to sleep on a air mattress. Or fold left over towels by housekeeping. Or empty dishwasher. Housekeeping was a 2\. Wen I informed her so she could correct things. She replied with comments about got new rugs, replaced sheets. Never mentioned the fact I left 3 nights early. Or thanked me for telling her. All she could say was I got a “cut rate” because I booked before she changed her prices. But while texting also told me people in her other two paid their deposit for next year. So yes she does book ahead. I have never experienced such an ungrateful person in my life. However, I’m not sure that the cleaning is holding up their end of the work. When we arrived at 4pm to check in, nothing had been cleaned. As we were at the door, the cleaning crew walked in (2 people). The floors were filthy and hadn’t been mopped/swept at all. The countertops had been wiped down in the bathrooms and the kitchen, but that was pretty much it. The bed wasn’t made or anything. The lint catcher was broken on the dryer (which is a huge fire hazard) and the TV in the living room did not work. The owner was super informative and great to work with. She wasn’t the issue at all. It honestly just seemed like the cleaners were carefree with their work. ##### Melanie S. Super clean, super cute, had everything we needed and the view from the balcony was incredible. So close to the beach. Pina Coladas at the pool bar were frosty and delicious. Thank you. Being on the 2nd floor, close to stairs, was great as we didn't have to use elevators. Condo had a good view of pool and beach area. RT 205 is pretty outdated, but we knew that from the accurate pictures listed. This, however, didn't make our stay any less enjoyable! We came to the beach for the beach and family time which is exactly what we had! We also enjoyed Bikini Bob's. So convenient for an afternoon drink. Owner was great to work with and great with communication as well. All in all, we had an amazing vacation here at Regency Towers! ##### Molly S. The unit was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Regency Towers has everything required for a great family vacation. Two large gulf front pools separated by a snack bar/tiki bar that host fun activities day and night. Carole made the rental process very smooth and easy. If I ever return to Panama Beach I will definitely stay at room 806. ##### david t. My entire family went on this trip and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was excellent. We had more than enough space.It was like home away from home. The other guests and ourselves would either mingle in the pool, around the pool or in the gulf. Kareoke nights were great. I don't think I have ever laughed as much when my daughter-in-law was hoola hooping in the contest and she won!! My grandchildren had a fabulous time and we went on the dolphin watch (one of the many enjoyable tours). The dolphins were swimming and jumping beside the boat. They were beautiful!! I would so recommend everyone to stay at the Regency!! We made several friends while there, and the atmosphere was so friendly. I just could go on forever telling all of the things we did and the kareoke nights were great. We were staying at an ideal location centerally located to the amusement parks,national park,and every type of restaurant and hot spot imagineable. I most highly recommend the Regency and my family and I will be returning next year!! Should you come hope to see you then!!(In May). ---
