"The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. "

"This was a great place for us to stay with our family while in town for our niece's wedding. Having the main bedroom upstairs from the rest of the house was nice to be able to break away from people when needed. Communication from the management staff was prompt and clear, and they even helped us when we needed an item we couldn't find in the house. My only tip is that if you book through this management company, plan to bring all of your food and seasoning supplies. Unlike some vacation...

"Beautiful modern style inside the building an and about a 3 minute walk to the beach, can’t really ask for better for how much we paid. Simple check in, you just drive up and that’s it. This has been the easiest place to stay, no people involved. Also the beach is beautiful and the sand is so bright and white. Me and my fiancé loved it and will definitely be back next year! (Here’s the view you get from a 3 minute walk)"

"The condo was the perfect size for my teenager and I for spring break. We could walk to restaurants and shops and it was a quick drive to other areas on 30A. We would drive to the Santa Rosa public beach access but it was walkable. The only cons were you could hear the neighbors on the floor above us walking around and the lights flickered in the bathroom. There were no instructions for the T.V and remotes. I was trying to find a movie for my daughter and I to watch at night but face up trying...

"The bed in the master bedroom was lumpy, had very obvious intentions on each side where people typically sleep, it was also stiff and my husband barley slept the whole trip. Think it needs to be replaced. "What a slice of heaven! Not only is the home itself beautiful, Pat is such a wonderful and responsive host. She graciously helped us adjust our reservation due to Winter Storm Fern, provided restaurant recommendations, and quickly helped us troubleshoot some WiFi issues on the first day. Downtown Santa Rosa Beach is cute as a button, and the private beach gives you access to the fine grained white sand and cerulean blue waves of your dreams. The spa was a welcome respite from the cool weather, and our dogs adored the large, fully fenced yard. Thank you for a fantastic stay!"
