This charming ground-floor unit features a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, a private covered patio, and an accessible spacious balcony from the living areas and main bedroom suite to enjoy the refreshing Gulf breezes. Perfect for a relaxing beach getaway! Our unit is in building 7 on the ground floor. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. About the Community/Property: The Community of Beachside offers two community pools (1 is seasonally heated). The nearest pool is right next to the community tennis and shuffleboard courts, less than a minute walk from your front door. The second pool is about a 2-minute walk from the unit. During your stay, enjoy the use of tennis courts, shuffleboard, community charcoal grills, and a small playground area. Beachside Villas also features grills, a clubhouse, a 2-acre beach at the end of San Roy, and free parking for guests on premises (up to 2 vehicles). Beach Access: There are several convenient beach accesses nearby. Sugar Dunes Beach Access is a brief 2-minute walk from the home, featuring a shower and a short boardwalk over the dunes. There is no parking available, other than for bicycles. Port Property Beach Access is about a 4-minute walk west and is completely undeveloped. Walton Dunes Beach Access, a quiet spot, is just a 3-minute walk from a public parking lot. Eastern Lake Beach Access, on the other side of Eastern Lake, offers a shower, bike rack, and parking spaces, and is a 5-minute drive from this home. Beach Shuttle Service: Beachside Villas offers guests beach shuttle service from March through mid-September. Rides are currently offered down San Roy to the public beach access point. Shuttle service is available daily from 9am to 4pm. Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed.
