A good, clean, and reputable hotel right on the beach in Palma. We were traveling with two children under the age of 4. The only thing that put a sour taste in my mouth was that due to the messiness of our room from our kids (toys scattered everywhere, crumbs), the hotel left a notice in our room threatening that our room would not be cleaned because of this. We have stayed in many hotels with our young kiddos and never received something like that despite our kids creating messes in the room. We weren’t staying here long, so we did not care to address it. The stay got the job done.

Lovely hotel, no issues and good location right on the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars around. Easy to get into Palma via public transport and taxi. Close to the airport but you hardly hear any planes. A few minor updates needed to some of the rooms or slightly deeper cleaning but generally very clean and well presented.

We had a wonderful stay at Fontanella Can Pastilla. The location was perfect, with beautiful ocean views and direct access to the beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, the bar is next to the pool, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. It was the perfect place for a beach getaway, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pleasant staff on arrival and leaving. Beach view apartment was great and the hotel had a good range of amenities (gym, pools, bar area). Only issue was the children’s play room wasn’t open all day just a few hours. Hotel is a good location to the airport and beach but you need to taxi or bike ride into Palma. Would definitely stay here again

very clean hotel, good breakfast options, fantastic location for cycling 7 miles along a designated coastal cycle path in to Palma. Sa Arenal only 1 mile south too for livelier resort. Gym is very good too although aircon wasnt on so was quite warm. Only negative was the fact you need to sit at a table to order drinks. should be able to order drinks at a bar. main hotel bar was closed for some reason. Apart from this great hotel and location. pool view rooms are best as you get both sea and pool views.

Excellent hotel . We got there late and the reception stayed open for us. Had an awesome room with a pool and sea view . Cleaner came in everyday. We had self catering and a little kitchen. The restaurant looked lovely though and you could pay for breakfast and evening meal - huge buffet and popular . We chose to eat out . Beach across the road was a delight also. Hotel clean and convenient . Drinks on the patio delightful and a dj in the beings if you didn’t want to watch their entertainment. People reserving Sun loungers were annoying but not the hotels fault. €20 cash needed to hire a towel which was refundable . We went on the 25 bus to Palma lots and took 20mins and €5 (we also took a late taxi home which was €48) The only annoying thing was we had 3 adults in our room and the 3rd was on a camp bed in the living room /kitchen- seemed unfair that the 3rd didn’t have a bed ! Otherwise a 4* hotel for sure. No English and lots of Dutch and German .

The location was fantastic as it was right next to the beach with excellent views from the balcony. The breakfast was good but the dinner had very limited choices and you have to pay extra to get water so bring your own bottles. The Wifi did not work at all in our rooms and for everyone else I think as people gathered in the hotspot near the lobby to get a good reception. The room was not hoovered properly and the sofa bed was uncomfortable and kept sliding apart so did not get a good night's sleep. Beware that thre were mosquitoes in the room and the shower cubicle kept getting blocked.

Super location! Can’t beat it. Beautiful view from our room. Pool looked great. Could not get a spot by pool. Staff was ok. Because it’s considered an apartment, once you use your small amount of dish soap you need to buy your own. Would definitely recommend. We really enjoyed our time there. It was a quick ride into Palma.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. There was plenty of entertainment available, including great activities for children, which made the experience even more enjoyable for families. The location is excellent and very easy to reach, and it is also very close to the beach, which was a big advantage. Our room was very clean, and we especially loved the nice balcony with a beautiful sea view. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in the penthouse and were impressed with the service and hospitality of the hotel staff from the front desk attendants to the housecleaning personnel. The room was clean and well-stocked, with great views. We were welcomed with a full sized bottle of Moet & Chandon champagne. The breakfast and dinner buffets available at the hotel restaurants were reasonably priced and full of diverse, fresh options; truly excellent food! The beach outside the hotel (although public property) was well kept, which made for fabulous views. The on-site pool was also enjoyable. The hotel serves mostly a family-oriented clientele, which worked well for us since we were traveling with our teenagers; however, for those travelers looking for more of an adult-only experience, this may not be the best pick for you. Also, be aware that the hotel only has one washer and one dryer available for all guests. I found that washing clothing in the washer early in the morning and letting everything air dry on our balcony worked best to avoid long waits to use them. Overall, an excellent experience!
