"Really nice place to stay with an excellent beach "
Me and my 3 kids (ages 16, 13 & 12) came here. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villas. Lots of room. 2 bedroom, with a den that had a pull out couch, living room sofa was also a pull out couch, full kitchen including a dishwasher (kitchen had all the needed items like pans and silverware. Also had dish soap, dishwasher soap and paper towels!) washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms and a patio. We didn't find the walk to the pool area or ocean to be too far although they will send a golf cart to pick you up if you prefer. The resort area was clean and beautiful. Photo's I took of it looks like post cards! They only use credit cards or your room card as payment anywhere on the grounds, although the rentals on the beach for paddle boards and such is through a different company and they take cash. I'd go here again. It was a nice place to stay.

"Off the Beaten Path - Nice Hotel - awkward local"
Very difficult to find with obscure signage. On motorbike, we struggled to find this Hotel, which was behind the Home Depot. Fitness facility was dirty and under construction. Ice machines didn't work!

The staff was rude. They banged on our door around check out time and then the front desk rang our room as we were in the middle of leaving. Never have I been in a hotel that has staff in a rush for guest to go. So disappointed in service.
We have been to this Hotel many times before and its always Excellent, (probably one of our very favorites) unfortunately I booked it and then both my husband and I got very sick (fever, lots of meds from the Dr. etc.) and were not able to keep the reservation. The room for one night was $336, which was a higher rate then we would normally spend on one night but it was going to be a treat. We were not able to change the date, unfortunately, because it was a "no refund / no change date rate." I understand the no refund but I just don't understand the no change policy. I understand if the room rate was $99, but $300+ is a lot of money to lose when we had no choice but to stay home.
A rapidly growing city, Palm Coast lies between Jacksonville and Melbourne on the Atlantic coast. Home to a booming economy, Palm Coast is a residential and business community. It also boasts the beautiful Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, a popular spot for picnickers. The gardens are well known for azaleas, camellias and roses.
