"Host was amazing. It was beautiful sitting on the balcony in the morning and evenings. Shower was amazing and clean. Could have stayed in there for a very long time, oh wait…I did!! Can’t wait to return."

"parking lot had trash in it the first room smelled like a bunch of wet dogs were in there and I went down to change rooms. The second room also smelled of dog but not as bad, even the beds smelled of wet dog. Tha AC unit was so noisy. All in all the place looked like it was still in the 80"s. The staff was GREAT but the property needs a BIG upgrade."

"The pools were nice. We were in the South Tower which was a long walk to main pool. We did not like that you needed to go through the parking garage anytime you want to go somewhere on the property. We stayed in a 3 bed, 4 bath luxury suite. Very spacious but the unit needed some updating. Dishwasher blade appeared to be broken so we didn’t even try to use. Oven door was hard to open. Ice maker was frozen over and we fixed ourselves. The property was beautiful, beach was nice. We all had a great time and would definitely return. "

Our only concern was the window in the kids room had been left open. As this is the responsibility of the guests to ensure everything is closed, we would think a kids room would get a special check from the cleaning or maintenance service. "
