Staff were all extremely nice! Room was great, with some of the softest beds I've experienced in a long time. Breakfast was hot and fresh, and the free parking was a great bonus. Would absolutely stay here again. Great location!

Won't stay anywhere else from now on. The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown and the free parking is a money saver. I had the best night's sleep-no banging doors or loud conversations in the hall late at night or elevator noises like in a hotel

We only stayed one night to attend a concert but the place was beautiful (especially the sea view, it was phenomenal) and the room was very comfortable & clean. The staff was great and we got a pamphlet of stuff to do in the city which was nice, and a lot of cool things to do were nearby that you could walk to. Driving to the hotel is kind of annoying if you haven't driven there before or if you have a bigger car because the streets are very tiny but that's just how St.Augustine is

Nice little place just outside the crowd of sites but super close to walk to. Decent included breakfast and they don’t charge for parking as most charge $29 happy to recommend and return to again. Jay handles breakfast and does a great job ladies at the counter also very nice to do business with.
