Good Value

The two reasons for the Good vs Excellent rating relates to the restrictions on having alcohol in the room and the layout. The coffee maker is in the living room, and the only water source is in the bathroom. You need to go through the bedroom to get to the sink. Other than the above, it was a much better stay than we have had at similar rentals in the Palm Coast area at the price charged.
