"Everything was lovely except for the spa. Filthy changing rooms. Going upstairs to the ladies changing room was bad because the stairs were very wet and slippy."

"The location was great - close for walking into town. The room was very comfy, the charm of an old building but the comfort of modern updates. I enjoyed the large room, the cozy duvets and big windows. We had a lovely nightcap at the bar where we had great service from Greg, the bartender, who was very charming."

"staff were helpful and friendly offering help with our baggage. slight unpleasant smell on the landing at the top of the stairs. No draft beer on sale Unable to order a sandwich in the evening as we hadn't ordered earlier. everything else was great. enjoyed the swimming pool. comfortable beds clean room. would stay again"
