"Hotel is lovely. Very easy to move around. The front desk staff were always helpful. Only thing is and I didn’t think to look for is there is no AC and we happened to travel to London on the hottest day/week of June thankfully it cooled down in the evenings. "

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming, nothing is a hassle, the property is immaculate, serves a tasty breakfast and is perfectly situated for train and bus services - 3 minute walk to Paddington Station, 3 minute walk to buses and Hyde Park - BST Hyde Park gigs entrance about 5-10 minute walk and feels safe. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. "

"I stayed with my sister for two nights for a concert and it was amazing. So easy to get to from Hyde park, tube station just outside the hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful and make us feel so welcome. We had to leave early in the morning for our flight home and staff were at reception."
