Great location near Paddington station. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Bathroom was fairly new. Ours was down a small flight of stairs, heated towel rail wasn't well placed... ouch!

Great stay!

We were able to check in early, good thing room is already available. Room was quite small but nonetheless its very clean. We stayed for three nights and everyday they clean the room which we liked so much! It was a great stay, very near to Paddington station and so many restaurants around the area. Will def recommend!

Modern, clean and great location.

It’s our fourth stay here and it ticks all the boxes, especially price vs location near Paddington train station. It’s modern, in good condition and staff are friendly. Definitely recommend.

The AC didn’t work well the 1st night, but staff got it fixed for our 2nd night. We weren’t happy to not have a real door in the restroom especially since there were 3 of us traveling together. The door is frosted glass with 1” gapes on each side & does not lock. The extra bed didn’t fit in the room so it was pushed against the king bed to make a mega bed which was awkward for our teenage son & definitely not what was advertised when we booked the hotel.

The Rove overall was an excellent experience, especially location wise, the rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Just one thing-if you’re a light sleeper you may be a bit bothered with hearing the trains because of the hotel’s proximity to Paddington Station.

Convenient, if you don’t mind feeling like you’re sleeping in a cupboard. The location is great, right near the station, close to public transport, and nestled in a lovely part of London. That’s probably what you’re paying for.. because it certainly isn’t the room. Let’s just say “compact” would be generous. If you’ve ever wanted to experience what it’s like to sleep in a tastefully decorated cupboard, this is your chance! Add to that paper-thin walls and ceilings, and you’ll enjoy every stomp, sneeze, and late-night chat from your upstairs and next-door neighbours. All in all, it’s fine if you’re a solo traveler there to explore and not planning to spend much time in your room. Just don’t expect space or value.

The property is new and clean, with daily housekeeping. During our stay, there was an issue with the WiFi—it didn’t work at all for the first two days and then functioned very poorly. Other than that, the location is good and well connected to the London Underground.
