-friendly hotel in a fairly quiet area. Bed was comfy, room was clean. Staff are helpful, and the lift was working this time. The only minor annoyances about the room were that it was a tiny bit cold even with the lukewarm radiator fully on; and one of the old spotlight bulbs wasn't working so it was a bit dark (seems like a no-brainer to put LEDs in, unless people nick them or something). I do prefer the rooms in the newer wing, to the left as...

"I stayed for one night at Ansty Hall to break a journey from the South to the North West. The hotel is conveniently sited for the motorway network and quite reasonably priced. All the staff were very friendly and I had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant. Good value."
