"Très bel hôtel, très bien situé, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac Ashi. Toutefois, les restaurants de l’hôtel sont beaucoup trop dispendieux compte tenu de la quantité et de la qualité de la nourriture. Nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité-prix décevant."

"No in person staff available at the hotel. Very inconvenient. You can’t leave your luggage at the hotel before 3:00PM. Great hotel with an amazing view but very expensive and not worth it"

"We loved our stay! The room was quiet and comfortable. We loved the public baths and breakfast (we didn't have dinner with our room). The staff was very welcoming. There's also a shuttle from the hotel down to the bus stop in Motohakone or it's an easy 15 min walk. "

"Staff was amazing and so helpful. Our room was clean and the meals were excellent. The location is also excellent - perfect for boarding the pirate sightseeing cruise and the bus stop is across the street. Quiet and lovely!"
