Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket.
Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary Hot beverages throughout the day near reception.
Kitchenette was handy and fridge was convenient.
Downside was bathroom sink was slow to drain and waste hole was so dirty. Shower isn’t powerful enough, but all was clean.
Major tram works going on in Corporation Street, however requested a higher...

A weekend to visit our daughter who is at Birmingham University. The room was a little small but cosy and absolutely fulfilled our needs. We were given a top floor room as requested. We arrived at midday but were able to check in straight away. The car park was busy as there was a conference at the hotel that day but we managed to park ok. A friendly family run pub with excellent meals, carvery, and breakfasts. The staff were all very efficient and friendly. The carvery was excellent with a choice of three roasts, eight vegetables and two different potatoes followed by a good choice of dessert. Breakfasts are equally good with a large choice.
