"Stayed here for a local job which involved many cases of luggage, and I regret not reading the reviews properly about how small the car park is when booking. The car park was full, so at 10pm we had to unload into the foyer and my husband had to drive the car up the road to another carpark - however it is only a 6 Min walk back. They have a lift which is helpful and a member of staff offered to help us with all our bags which was appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable and we really appreciated the bath (although it is not for tall people!) The location is excellent for everything you want in the city but the absolute gem is the breakfast. Such a great selection of hot and cold including waffles but the best bit was the most delicious haggis we have every eaten! Worth coming back for the breakfast alone!"

"I gave a 4 star rating only because the room was small for what we paid, but nicely appointed and clean. Great toiletries (and even a wash cloth which was a pleasant surprise). We had the buffet breakfast and the service and variety was excellent."

"Clean room, appreciated upgrade, the staff are wonderful. The location is very useful. Suggestions-include a Kleenex box, a facecloth with the bath towel would have saved using non compostable face wipes, change the breakfast at least a bit from day to day. Staying here multiple days gives the exact same items every morning. Again the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable."

"Frasier Suites was a wonderful place to stay! I will definitely return. The room was spacious (I had an executive studio), with a small kitchenette (micro, fridge, coffee spread, sink, silverware and dishes. My bed was HEAVEN extremely comfortable, there were marvelous fluffy pillows and I was happy to sink into it. The staff was fantastic, I saw a lot of Michael and Remy and they were both very helpful. Everyone was eager to help, my taxi to get to the airport was right on time on my last day, the lobby area was fabulous. I wanted to send out laundry and got up to get everything to the front desk by 9am, turned out the laundry place was not open that day. So check that out of you plan to send out laundry. These things did not bother me, but I will mention them for others....the bathroom looked like it was recently updated...fabulous shower, lots of hot water and good water pressure, however the room (while totally comfortable and large) could use a fresh coat of paint...I could have used larger garbage bins in the room....you can tell it is an old building, so not a "super luxe" hotel room like in Manhattan, but I was not there for that. It was clean and very nice to retreat to after a long day. I loved, loved having the large windows that actually opened so they could be cracked for fresh air. You can get your room cleaned (fresh towels, etc.) every day (or not) if you choose. The safe was easy to use and a real added bonus, for passports, etc. I recommend them highly"
