"Excellent room and superb breakfast choice. Good view of the station and the cathedral from the breakfast room. I wasn’t bothered by the traffic noise although I could hear it. However I was asked to pay €24 for breakfast and tourist tax. I don’t mind paying but this should be obvious when you book otherwise the price is artificially low. "

"Lovely hotel in a great location. It's located in the heart of Cologne with a nice square right outside the door which is great for food/drinks. Also, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Rooms were nice, although a little small. There was air-con for heating, although we weren't able to adjust the temperature, so the choices were air-con on or off! Would have been nice to be able to turn it down, as it was quite hot at night. Leaving the window open wasn't always as option as street...

"Great hotel, centrally located close to many restaurants and the cathedral. Construction across the street starts early but the hotel room was still quiet with the windows closed. We had a triple room and there was enough room for everyone. We would stay again. "

"The hotel is so well located and the view we had from our room was stunning. The room had been recently refurbished, we only had an issue with the rubber beneath the shower door wouldnt attach, someone tried but with no success, so the bathroom was at slight risk of flooding. Also, due to construction work they weren't serving breakfast, which we were only made aware of when checking in. They did provide some small pastries and coffee in the morning, but these came with no plate, so ended up...

"Our second time here - it’s an old school great German spa hotel, with the exceptional sauna complex (which includes rituals every hour from 13.00). It’s dated at parts but that’s compensated with the very fair value. The breakfast was plenty, the service kind and welcoming and the room large and clean. We will come back."

"Very unique property. Really cool infinity pool and catwalk over the event space. Junior Suite was great, regular room less great--stayed in both as we arrived a day early. A little disappointed the hotel wouldn't honour the price we paid for the 4 day stay in a Junior Suite when we added a day due to the Farmer-road-blockades. That was poorly handled--a little too by-the-book and lacking compassion on that one. Might stay again--would have been a definite would stay again had their...

"Staff was absolutely fantastic and so accommodating, letting me check in early free of charge even though it was not guarantee. The price for one night was exceptional. Additionally the bedding was immensely comfortable and the location of the hotel allowed for some evening sightseeing after dinner."
