"Perfect base to visit Bath and surrounding area. Beautiful countryside surroundings but a quick drive to the city. Lodge was spacious, and perfectly equipped for a group of 6 adults. Lovely spacious deck area. We saw ducks, pheasants and deer from our lodge which was great."

"Amazing property for a large group. Beautiful interior and fully equipped facilities. Couldn’t have asked for a better property to stay at. All the rooms were beautiful, clean and set up just as we had asked. The ground floor and all the communal areas are perfect for large groupfor quiet downtimes. We also enjoyed the hot tub at the patio area very much. - - - Having said that, we surprisingly experienced some absolutely "no goes" we didn't expect at all. Firstly, the patio door can't be locked as we found out when a person walked straight to the back door of the cottage and checked if it was locked. "Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary cookies given at reception desk on arrival. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Fridge, iron and ironing board were available in rooms. Within in a few minutes walking distance of Roman baths and shopping centre. Supermarket next door. Parking available for a charge. Restaurant within hotel with nice food. Good gym facilities. Highly recommend."
