"Building is perfectly located within walking distance to the forts, cathedral, shopping, restaurants, etc. Building is very secure. No there is no elevator so you’ll have to go up 3-4 flights of stairs. Still doable. We walked to the ocean and both forts one day. We used Uber to get to the building.
