"I booked for 3 nights. I was given room 407. It was very noisy. There was a lot of banging of doors in the night. The doors are heavy and make a noise when they shut. The floors are wooden and noisy when other travellers are about. I complained and was transferred to room 207, which was better. The staff said that room 407 and the rooms nearby were underneath the central heating system and that might be contributing to the noise. I was there on holiday and paying quite a lot for what I thought would be a luxury experience. I should not have been sold room 407 in the first place."
